Gen 1 (2012) making odd "clatter/rattle over rough pavement (video)

Another thing to think about if you change your own oil is the Skid plate bolts strip out easy if over torqued - again know it because I did it.

Caused a similar rattle.

That was one of my first thoughts as well, and the trap door is missing one bolt. It seems tight though banging on it. I'll check the other bolts

My guess Sounds like the skid plate banging around...?

when I change my oil I always remove the skid plate and when I reattach it it sounds like that until everything is tightened up

Sounds like you have a couple of rattles. One closer to the mic and one farther. Is the closer one your keys? The more prominent rattle sounds similar to what I had in my 2012. Ended up being the front shock. Replaced with the new Fox 3.0 and my rattle was gone.
