Rides really nice, handles great, and definitely a good improvement over stock. But I do miss the availability of adjustment for when I hit the Rockies, so 3.0s are in the works. How do you like it? I’m thinking of doing this exact setup.

I'm not sure you'll be able to do it with one of those types of compressors. You really need a wall mounted one or i use a harbor freight 20 ton press with a custom tool i made.
You might be able to install them. use a floor jack under the LCA to compress the spring, and use your spring compressor to hold them. There was a video on the RPG site showing this method. not sure if its still there. The other issue is making sure your perch will move. Unless they're new shocks you can bet your perch is seized up and won't move easily.
