How do you like it? I’m thinking of doing this exact setup.
Rides really nice, handles great, and definitely a good improvement over stock. But I do miss the availability of adjustment for when I hit the Rockies, so 3.0s are in the works.

How are you guys getting your geisers adjusted to mid perch? My autozone spring compressor (Macpherson type maybe) is all but maxed out just setting my set of geisers on low perch.

I'm not sure you'll be able to do it with one of those types of compressors. You really need a wall mounted one or i use a harbor freight 20 ton press with a custom tool i made.

You might be able to install them. use a floor jack under the LCA to compress the spring, and use your spring compressor to hold them. There was a video on the RPG site showing this method. not sure if its still there. The other issue is making sure your perch will move. Unless they're new shocks you can bet your perch is seized up and won't move easily.

I moved mine from low to mid perch on the truck with stock springs and only removed the wheels to do it. Left UCA and everything attached. It wasn’t impossible, but moving the perch itself is a pain. And my shocks only were a year old and had ~20k miles on them at most at that point. I used a floor jack under the control arm with autozone spring compressors.

I know full well I’ll need to have a shop install Geisers if/when I have them installed on mid perch. With the tension of the spring on mid I honestly wouldn’t feel comfortable putting them on top perch myself. I thought that spring compressor was gonna explode lol.
