Fumoto is coming to the rescue for that plastic drain plug

I use this style drain plug. I find it easier to remove than the original, just use a 3/8" drive ratchet with a short extension.

Subscribed. Need fumoto with a nipple that I can attach a hose to. That way I can safely direct the flow to a pan/reservoir and not have to deal with spillage.

Agreed. Had a Fumoto on my old truck and over 150k miles of oil changes, it brought a smile to my face each time. Such a clean time saver.

Unfortunately, the Fumoto site is incorrect. The part numbers stated do not fit the truck.
