Full Size Center Console Trays?

Anyone have one of the aftermarket center console trays that spans the whole size of the center console? If yes, a few questions:
- Which one did you get?
- Is it easy to pull out and access the lower portion?
- Any gripes?

This is what I got from Amazon. Mine fits perfectly. I initially bought a 2nd tray but like the single full tray instead of two 1/2 trays.
