Recently have noticed that fuel door doesn't shut easily. I now have to tork it up slightly when closing it to get it to latch - otherwise just pops back open. I have noticed a Raptor locally whose fuel door is now always open (see it parked where he works every day). Has anyone else had this problem? Ideas?

Not a Raptor specific problem. The spring comes undone or the hinge migrates up. If you take it to the dealer they are going to just replace it maybe or maybe not under warranty. Worse it won't match paint or graphics. Pop off the easy fill rim. Undo the 3 8mm screws. The hard part is pushing in the 4 spring pins. top left was the tough one for me. You have to reach in through the wheel well. It took me a while. If you just try to pry it you can damage the plastic or the paint. My hinge pin had migrated up and the spring came off. Reassemble and screw it back in.
