Not a bad price, sure it will sell. No mods but 40" light and painted fenders, doesn't that count as mods (modification from original factory)??

Even though its above MSRP, its still a SE, comes with extras, has 1100 miles and they are no longer built. Seems reasonable to me, some dealers have 5-10k markup

All of those, in addition to basically zero SE inventory and comps, were taken into consideration with the price.
