So...been reading every post. Making my own posts about parts, etc etc..but I found the clunk, finally! maybe it will apply to you. I have a 17 with just 26k miles on it. I've noticed a clunk sound at low speeds, usually on small bumps and such. I couldn't stand it and searched and searched till I found the cause. Buddy was looking around while I was pushing the front bumper down over and over. Turns out it was the top shock nut. Both sides were backed off by a good half inch! No idea why, but after tightening them down, the sound is gone. If you have the clunk..take a look at those top nuts. 20221208_193735.jpg

Can the passenger side one be accessed from the top as well? I might pull the battery over the weekend and see. I have a clunk too and I am leaning towards this being the cause.
