I don't understand. Is I completely bolt on, or do the frame horns need to be cut?

the frame horns do need to be cut and it is bolt on, we did it this way to make it easier for the average person to install it at home with no welding involved.

That interests me quite a bit. I don't like that most radius bumpers don't cover the entire front of the truck. Post or pm me a pic when you have a completed product.

Frame horns do need to be cut and it is completely bolt on. The bumper runs $850 powdercoated

How long would it take to get one to Phoenix AZ? Looking to get a new one ASAP.
