first thing I normally do is grab the bfh, put a nut on it first.

I had this problem have to grind the shoulder. Also the edge of the bolt head to sit flush with the d ring

I wish that was the problem. I have issues with more than one photo all the time on my PC. I can rarely load three at a time!
