Installing the D-rings in the bed and I am stuck. I got a bolt out and the washer came with it. There's a lip on the bolt keeping the washer on.

You can use ratchet straps and install these D-rings in your bed under the bed bolts.

Do a search in this thread for them, the part numbers are listed. Order 6, they are only a few bucks.
