That is correct. And Yes, for those that asked; The bed bolt fits into the hole. You will have to remove the washer on the bed bolt though.

Lots of guys used these and they work great.

Anyone have feedback on this rack? I decided earlier in the day to build my own, but this looks like a reasonably priced option...if anything Raptor is reasonable.
