This obviously isn't the logo but it's something she's done for me in the past. Great quality embroidery just in case anyone had doubts.

Still working on the other shirt options.

Is the shop shirt idea dead in the water? I'd be in for that - buy a bunch from dickies, send to your contact, and have FRF logo on one side, maybe a traditional name badge sewn on the other with username under that.

I'm waiting for a response from her. I think it should be alright. If so, I'll give an update and push back the order date a little bit so everyone has plenty of time to pick what they want.

Does the place we're ordering them from not make any out of cotton? Besides, these are forum membership shirts, wear them to runs and stuff and keep your work shirts for work

Sorry I am blue collar. So I don't wear polo shirts unless I have to....I have to at work so that is where I would wear it.

The best thing to do might be to just set up the FRF logo and "default" plan... And have people mail the shirt of their choice to that shop, and pay for the embroidery on their own at a negotiated rate.

Everybody gets the shirt they want... You don't have to worry about organizing it all... And in the end you just have to get the setup portion done and then it's up to everybody else to do the rest!

Most places you buy shirts from, you could even have them shipped directly to the embroidery shop, then have them shipped to the owner from there.

Just an idea. It was a big enough hassle having the 4 jackets for the SnoBall embroidered last year... I can't imagine trying to organize/please this many people!

The organization doesn't really bother me, as long as I can keep it to the polo already selected, a cotton polo, and the shop shirt. The only problem with sending one or two items in at a times is that there is a $10 charge for anything under six items plus the highest embroidery rate. Once this first order is done it will be easier but with a $90 setup fee I want to get as many orders as possible. After that, as long as there are six shirts to be embroidered I don't care what they are. I still haven't received a final word yet so I'll update tomo.
