Ironman I have the same mileage as you and Bird and mine are cracked with the edges flaring like yours.
I used a McGuires leather thing once this summer but that was it.

But the getting in and out of the truck may not matter. I drive with the wheel in the second from lowest position as it's always been more comfortable and I like the control.

I never move the tilt position when getting in or out, and the wear/cracking I have is equal across the main part of the seat.

I also put the wheel down one notch from the bottom but I adjust up and down every time I get in and out.lol

LOL We really gotta find you another dealer man! (Mine couldn't help across the border, tried).

Your seats are cracked because your sunroof leaks on them so much! Double warranty replacement!

May I suggest you guys use a "magic eraser" from Mr.Clean before using the conditioner ? Im not saying this is a fix but I used these on my F250 tan seats before I traded for the Raptor and was amazed at the dirt it removed that was down in the grain etc.

I used these instead of the damp cloth and my seats were tan again and not grungy looking.

BTW - My seat has the worn looking grain but not like Ironmans.

Also could the lack of moisture for you desert guys be contributing to premature wear ? Just a thought

when i had my Jeep Cherokee, i never bothered moving my steering wheel up/down so i would drag my right leg under the steering wheel getting in and out. i had a few pairs of jeans that wore through on my right thigh because of it. weird huh?

btw, i am still waiting on the "OFFICAL" word from Ford about my seat. i went to the dealership 2 weeks ago before xmas and had them take pics of my seat to send to Ford. the service manager said they will "probably" cover my seat based on the description he gave them and the impression he got from the rep. will keep you posted.
