Fox Shock Leaking? or normal?

At dealer now with both front shocks leaking. Dealer said there is a note about these socks leaking. I have a 2010 with 35000 miles.

Note on shocks leaking says something to the extent of shock oil needs to leak all the way down to the bottom of the coil and warranty had u covered. Halfway there and ur not covered under warranty. Go figure.
Only one of my socks had oil make its way to the bottom the other was close but just not there. We will see if they cover both anyway...
