I purchased 9 items from you totaling $16,000 and also referred my brother in law who spent about $8,000. You were actually somewhat communicative prior to the order and we both made the purchase on 8/14/20. I asked for you to hold off on shipping for about a week because I was running into a hiccup with SVC. At this point, communication from you dropped off almost completely. I was lucky to get one or two texts answered per week. I ended up working the issues out with SVC myself and asked for everything to be shipped out. The first week of September you stated everything would be shipped out that week. I received 3/9 items the week after. The remaining 6 weren’t shipped out that week, nor the next week, and not the third week either. Still nothing. You haven’t responded to a single call or text since September 3rd. Literally nothing. Meanwhile, I’ve had to cancel 2 shop appointments for installation and my brother’s truck has been taken apart at a shop for a week now awaiting parts for installation.
I have proof of all this via invoices, calls, and texts so instead of denying anything, please do yourself a favor by owning up to it and sending the remaining parts for both of us. If they’re not ordered by the end of this week, you can go ahead and cancel the remainder of our orders and provide our refund.
I imagine this post will find you faster than my calls or texts.
