ick, don't read that thread, what starts out as something awesome crashes and burns in a horrible poo flinging match. Don't listen to opinions on here either. Call the Vendors and talk to them about their shocks. Go with who you feel comfortable with and who meets your needs. Hell you're in SoCal right, you can even go visit the Vendors. Good luck!

I like my Kings. I know several people who like the Icons and the Fox 3.0's. Pick your poison because for the most part, you can't go wrong.

I like the fox, because the stock fox shox operate perfectly so I already trust them.
I like kings Cuz they're a big name in off road industry
I have no idea about icons and being more expensive, might mean they're better, but I would rather pay for a more well known brand.
Opinions ? Experiences?

I'll probably see where I can get the best deal then on any of them. Probably go fox or icon Cuz they're black. And it'll work well with white truck.

Most of the same can be said about RPG. (which sells Fox) You gentlemen keep your poo and I'll keep my Stage 4 + and my buddy Micheal can make up his own mind. As SPRSNK and Nick and everyone indicated, you can't go wrong in this big shock world we live in.
