GEN 1 Fox 3.0 swap out

Just did an offroad trip and it rode and crawled GREAT.

Nice!!! Where you running mid-perch on your 2.5's? Where there any installation issues putting in the 3.0's?

Yes I was at mid perch.
I since adjusted the front up another inch, the rear sits a little higher. 3.0 has a coilover hat on top of the fronts.

Not really, hardest part was getting the fronts into place, even with dropping the arms you have to push them in the last 1-2" to set into the A-arm. they're pre charged at 200 lbs..... so P U S H ! ! so doing it again i'd try loosening the hat mount as much as possible before.

Also, don't crack the fitting going to the reservoir, because of the charge - oil shoots out

Steven at Rogue has been super helpful with info and some customization.
I'm getting the front bumper bare BC I want to add some light brackets and have it powder coated myself. He was accommodating and is a cool guy. They're busy - few months out currently - but I really like their technical info, purpose built design. read the description on the page I posted to illustrate. worth the wait IMO.

Do you have different springs in the rear? I am looking to upgrade to the Fox 3.0s with camburg UCA and deavers with the bump stop frame enforcement.

This is what I am considering too. Just out of curiosity, are the 3.0’s 3” in diameter or 2.5” like the stock Fox’s?

Yea, they're 3"

I did order a set of +3 deavers, so with the iso removed, that's a 1" lift. the 3.0's have more adjustment in the coil to match.

will post pics as I work on it, garage project for snowy nights...

My buddy had a few things from them just to find out the hard way. The install was nightmare because nothing fit like it supposed to. pm me for his name and number before its too late. I know of a vendor who ripped his Rogue bumper off to replace with another just for that reason
