Has anyone installed the Foutz light bar that retains the factory bumper on the Gen 3? I’m wondering how it mounts. Their website says the Gen 2 light bar attaches via the tow hooks. Their photos are not the greatest but from what I can see I don’t think the Gen 3 models uses the tow hooks. Isn’t the person driving Foultz’s Orange Gen 3 on this forum now?

I've had one sitting in the garage for months now... I'll get around to it in the next week or two. It mounts into the top of the bumper area.

I do believe we will have to remove the bumper to mount it and guessing some trim pieces will need cut. Then deciding what lights to run

You dont need to trim anything, just pop off bumper then use existing 2 bolts to attach mount to then bolt back up bumper

Thanks, Is the rubber(?) trim piece pliable enough to run light wiring over without trimming it?

Installed as well last week, you definitely have to trim the rubber. It was not as quick as I thought it would be

I see now that you detached the entire rubber seal assembly and I guess ran it back over top of the light bar mounts. I guess I didn’t pick up on that before. I ended up just cutting the plastic part of trim on either side of the mount. I guess it works either way.
Have you mounted any lights yet?
