It's the Fetzer valve reservoir.

If you have one of those you better pick up some 3 in 1 oil and some gauze pads.

Sure looks like a plastic cover for an electrical connector you would find on a harness to protect it until it's installed.

Gen 2’s had rubber bands, green and blue cap covers, all kinds of loose hanging sticky labels. It’s kinda cool to hear about what left overs Ford is leaving behind on the assembly line for the Gen 3
