If you bought the digital image from a photographer at TRR, does that mean you own the rights now to your picture?

Depends on the photographer, how did they word what you bought? If its something like unlimited use, or social media, etc... Usually if they are marked or the photographer is given credit they won't mind. Message who you bought it off of and ask.
