I think someone did a mod to the switch itself to accomplish this, back about the ’17 era (?) No idea which threat that’s buried in.

IM sure its been done. Ive exhaustively searched this forum and f150 forum as well. OR another option that would work well is to keep the switch from resetting at every start. If I want it off, I just leave the switch off and it'll stay off till I hit it again. As I said, in some circumstances, I don't mind it being enabled while still having the AC run.

IIRC, the user who modified the switch did a pretty simple operation to make it default to auto stop / start = off and you push the button to enable it, rather than the way we have it now.

It is in the other tabs. It’s on my next set of changes, my son did it on his Lariat.
I’ll be back home around 4 or 5 to open it on the laptop.

sorry if this has already been answered(will delete if it has), but

does anyone know if Forscan FULL version can be run on an Ipad or MacBook(not running windows) yet?

Is there a free version that doesn't require paying for monthly licenses?

Forscan works on a Mac / i-device to --monitor-- and report but updates require Windoze.
