Didn’t work for my Raptor. If anyone gets into the engineering mode, let us know how.
I got Engineering Test Mode to work on my 2018 Raptor. Below are the steps I took and a quick video.
- Start with the engine off, close the door, wait 30+ seconds until all dash lights, interior lights, and exterior lights are off.
- Press and hold OK Button on the left side of the steering wheel and don't release it yet.
- Push start Button only (no brake pedal) to turn on Accessory Mode.
- Once the message “Full Accessory Power Active” appears, release the OK button, then quickly press the brake pedal and turn the engine on.
- Engineering Test Mode appears instantly.
- Use the down arrow to scroll to AFE Bias (32 presses of the down arrow) and push OK to change it to the number you calculated, then push OK again to save your value.
- Once done, turn off truck and it will update your mpg, including your Trip 1 and Trip 2. You'll see it has changed the next time you start the truck.

Can anybody with a 2018 with Lane Keep Assist post up their Stock IPMA Module code.
recently bought a 2018 raptor but the lane keep assists system wasn't working. I ran a calibration with Forscan and got the LKA to turn on and register the lane but it wouldn't warn or assist. After reading through https://www.f150forum.com/f118/adding-lane-assist-502a-372650/index7/. I found that my IPMA module coding might be OFF, so plugged in what they were using and got the system to work.
i wanted to see if the raptor possibly had a different code.
Thanks
Which interface are most of you guys using? Wireless or USB?
Thanks guys. Not sure what the difference in block 4 between Forzda1 and Derail means(probably just a variation in the build date(firmware) or possibly options but I believe all trucks with LKA are 802a with tech package), but ill give them both a shot.
