I highly recommend checking out the Lincoln mirror mod and increasing the lane switch turn signal blinks to 5. Two of the best mods out there. Love them every time I use them!
Adding climate buttons to Home Screen is great too. Especially for the heated steering wheel.

Do you know of any Bluetooth options that work, as I don’t have a windows compatible computer to use with the program?

Only the Windows version of Forscan can actually program the truck, would recommend getting a USB cable over Bluetooth. The Android/iOS versions are just code readers/data loggers I believe (haven't tried them).

If you're technically inclined, you can use a Linux or Mac laptop to program it. Get VirtualBox, and one of these free VMs: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/tools/vms/ Make sure to back up your original programming to the host computer OS as the free VMs expire after 90 days. You have to setup VirtualBox to pass-through the USB to the virtual machine and set the assign the OBD2 programmer to it.

Thanks for the advice, I’ll start looking into that. I’m sure I can borrow a friends windows computer and then save the original file to a flash drive and i keep it for when I need it.

You can also use the Crossover App for Mac OS
