Lol carbon fiber camo... that's actually a cool name..I like it.. Its forged carbon, a process that Lamborghini developed. Its chunks/pieces of Carbon that are pressed in a process. No weaving, that's what makes more desirable in many applications. Its essentially an upgrade to regular carbon fiber due to its increased strength and work ability, You are able to drill and cut and it wont fray like regular carbon fiber, lower resistance than CF, lower modules of elasticity than aluminum. Just all around superior composite. Lambo used it in control arms and even made connecting rods reducing weight by 30%. Now that being said, in this application here its really just for show. This probably best sums it up, If your looking to develop a part for a vehicle, small or large, that needs to be drilled a lot because of fastening and is stronger and lighter than aluminum then forged carbon is the way to go. If your looking for that classic race look and just a lighter stronger application, Carbon fiber is your choice. Its definitely an acquired look.

Are we going to have to add a Forged CF division to our company? If so, I made need to acquire an additional warehouse.
