Not sure if it is the same but I purchased one when I bought my wife's new Nissan and was financed into the deal. I had 30 days to cancel for a full refund. The dealer was the only one that could cancel it for me and then send the cancellation paperwork. It was very clear in the documents how cancellation were to be handled. Refund was given and went directly to the finance company to reduce the principal balance. It did NOT reduce the monthly payment and the dealer was very clear about that when I cancelled. No biggie, just means the loan is paid off quicker.

Cancel it immediately. They are a complete rip off. EVERYTHING at a dealership is a bad deal. They have to overprice everything to pay all the payroll and expenses. Literally never buy anything or go there for anything after you purchase except warranty work.

Exactly. I figured up the ESP when I bought mine and it was like $125 p/ oil change. I received my paperwork very close to the 30 day cancellation deadline and didn't actually get around to reading it until after. I got them to refund since they straight up lied saying the service could be performed at any Ford shop. Paperwork clearly stated otherwise. They also said it covered all maintenance items, wrong again. Oil and filter only.
