KC startup was supposed to be yesterday for 2017.

Could be but I don't know. Word is Ford is shutting down truck production for a week but I don't know if that effects the Detroit plant or not.

I'm not sure if its even been confirmed that there is an axle issue.

The Dearborn plant isn't affected by the shut down according to the article.

No, but if Ford has available capacity overall, they have no reason to limit Raptor production unless there are component constraints.

But I suspect there are component constraints.
