No aftermarket modifications are covered under warranty except maybe ones from Ford Performance I am aware of, but the 750 HP upgrade kit is easy to remove and put back to stock.

We inherited it from my FIL when he passed. He had purchased new and it currently has less then 13,000 miles on it.

Former '04 Cobra owner here. My Dad bought me this car when I was 19 in college. He doesn't know much about cars because if he did, he probably wouldn't have bought it for me. It had full bolt ons at 700 miles and never gave me one problem for the 8 years I had it.
