That’s not likely. You could own the majority of common stock and the Ford family would still have control. Their Class B stocks have A LOT more voting power than common stock. If a member of the family sells their Class B stock, it instantly becomes Common Stock..

Ford is only getting taken over if the Ford family agrees to it.
