For a v6, it does sound pretty good, compared to the previous lawn mower sound, anyway.I am the opposite - still not sold on the exhaust with the update ford did. It is woefully lacking..... still.

Agree. It’s better, if that is what we are really hearing. For a v6, it does sound pretty good, compared to the previous lawn mower sound, anyway.
I'm really hoping it is, time will tell when they start getting sold.Agree. It’s better, if that is what we are really hearing.
But if the power numbers are the same, whatever.I'm really hoping it is, time will tell when they start getting sold.
My Gen 1 still puts a smile on me, so not jumping into anything else yet. Waiting to see how the R measures up. The power numbers should be more if Ford continues to trend that way.But if the power numbers are the same, whatever.
Yep still love my 18 and with less than 50k and lots of ESP left I see no reason to change yet and like you will wait to see what the R brings to the table. My Gen 1 still puts a smile on me, so not jumping into anything else yet. Well another 25 horses ain’t worth another 25k to trade in the old for new.I'm hearing there's not much of a bump in hp/torque... a little something, but not 500hp/600. Would be a great surprise if it is though!
