I am interested, thought about trying this myself. Are you working with the eBay seller or GTR directly? You should start a separate thread for the group buy if you do move forward with this. Any word on how low they will go based on the demand?

I still want to see a video. I've never seen these in person and I want to see how clear/focused the logo appears on the ground. Do you see the light from these with the door closed ( inside the vehicle ) when you turn off the truck? I thought about adding a door switch so they only come on when the door is open.

I just re read your op, you installed these directly into the door? I thought it would be easier to mount them in the door panel. Also, the panel is flat where the bottom of the door is slightly angled.
