$650 is really not bad for little extra HP, 50lb of torque, and smoother transmission. I'm guessing many spend close to that on gas?? each month? don't like it, don't buy it

I'm a previous (very disappointed) '21 RAM Rebel owner and a current (mostly happy) ’23 Raptor owner. Even though I like the Ford better, the RHO is faster 0-60. Seems to be about 5.1-5.2 seconds, while the Raptor is between 5.6 and 5.9 seconds depending on who you believe. For this to supposedly be an answer to RAM’s RHO power numbers is sad to me, overall, torque is better so it will likely take the RHO in a straight line race. I would rather roll the dice with a custom tune from Goosetune, get way more power, and remove it for warranty work, then run the factory tune which will definitely be known to be on my truck and my ESP deny my claim due to the Ford factory tune. The juice doesn’t seem worth the squeeze, just my 2 cents.
True, but look at the timing of the release. Coincidence, maybe, but Ford knows darn well what this platform is capable of, the reliability with higher Hp and torque numbers has been proven. Look at how many happy customers run stage 2 from Goose and MPT. I have yet to hear of a mechanical failure directly related to the tune. All I am saying is is that Ford “Performance” could have given us way better. For the record, Ford Raptor Forum said this was supposed to be the answer for the RAM RHO. Ford never stated that or gave the feeling of it achieving such.
I don't disagree. But the forum has adopted the stance that this was to provide something that Ford, themselves, never committed to.True, but look at the timing of the release. That tiny torque and HP gain will not do anything to compete with the RHO. I had a MPT on my 17 with an E30 and the best run I had was a 12.9… 93 tune I ran 13.1… what the RHO supposedly runs. TFL will likely do their runs against a stock and tuned Raptor as they usually do.For this to supposedly be an answer to RAM’s RHO power numbers is sad to me, overall, torque is better so it will likely take the RHO in a straight line race. I can not see these small gains taking off a half second on the ETI saw a video with the RR with the tune for $800. Half a second faster in quarter. In track time, that's a big gain. In real life, it's nothing.

Where is this video? I would like to see it if you have it
