I bought the Ford ESP warranty about 2 months ago but I don’t see it in my Ford Pass account under the warranty ESP section. Anyone else have this problem?

Mine is showing up, along with my service plan. I purchased the truck on 01/27.

Edit your Ford Pass app account to match your name exactly as your name on the ESP purchase document. Once I did that at the direction of Flood Ford it showed up within hours...

I don't believe the local dealer. (IU think he's full of S H I T) I hope he's not right. I figured I ask here. I didn't get the ESP or maintenance on the new gen3 at the time of purchase because I wanted to get all my prorated unused warranty refunds first and planned on going thru flood. I also didn't go with Floodfords prices printed out (completely forgot) as ammo in order to maybe get it at the time.

So when I went back to the dealer that I got my 18 from in order for them to process the refunds he had said that flood is a dealer (OK so). He claimed the selling dealer has to inspect the vehicle before the ESP can be activated. A new vehicle is different. Is there any validity to that? I would hate to buy and have to drive to Rhode Island just to get the crap activated. be better off paying a few hundred dollars more or plan a trip around it I guess.

In case anyone is interest Granger Ford in Granger, IA is getting into the low cost ESP game competing with Flood and Zeigler. I just got a couple of quotes on my ‘21 Raptor with 5200 miles and they beat flood by $50 on each. Email [email protected] with: Name, address, phone number, VIN, approx mileage and coverage desired (deductible, years & mileage)

@RamseyF I’ve read through the Ford Protect, Flood’s webpage and a sample contract and haven’t come across anything about inspections at all.

So is Ziegler or Flood the way to go on these ESP? Just received my truck and need to get one of these since I plan keeping this beast of a truck forever!

Also, for the maintenance plans…does it not matter where you purchase it from? It will be honored at all Ford dealerships?
