Ford enables Waze, WiFi, and amazon Alexa for sync 3

The Ford+Alexa app from Google Play Store requires you to disable Android Auto. No thanks, I'm good. I'll just keep using the FordPass Alexa skill at home to start, stop, lock, unlock, check range and tire pressure, Android Auto is not going to be disabled for anything.

Alexa is only a US thing. Not available in Canada.

Hasn't been released yet. Hopefully Sync 3.0 will arrive and come with Waze.
