Ford Bronco Raptor vs. RAPTOR

So, Ford announced the Bronco Raptor for 2022, any thoughts on what this will do to the crazy Raptor market? Anyone looking to trade in their newly found Gen 3 Raptor for a Bronco Raptor, haaaaaaaaa? Can only imagine how bat-****-crazy the Bronco market will be over a Raptor variant, when they can’t even roll out the 100 other variants that seem to be sitting in a cornfield somewhere waiting on a chip with leaky tops.

In all honesty how much different is it going to be compared to say a Badlands/Wildtrak mashup? I guess they're going to replace the 2.7 L with the 3.5? Add the Fox suspension? Throw some Raptor branding and call it a day?

my thoughts exactly--im guessing it will be exactly that with 37s and wider fender flares. im guessing starting msrp just under raptor

I wouldn’t count on the 3.5. I doubt they want this thing stepping on the actual Raptor’s toes. I anticipate the 3.0 from the Aviator/Explorer ST. But that would necessitate a new transmission since the 10-speed in the current Bronco is nearly maxed out with the 2.7 torque.
I would not be shocked if they just drive this as special colors and all suspension with some interior bits thown in for a $30,000 upcharge over a base model. So yeah, $60K for openers if it has a 2.7. $65K if it gets more firepower.

Ford has never half assed the Raptor, what makes yall think they'll half *** this? The Raptor has a different/more reinforced frame over the F-150. Wouldn't it be safe to assume they are doing the same to Bronco?

I hope the Raptor Bronco is epic. Also hope they do more in the engine department. Also drove a 2.7L Bronco with 37's and was underwhelming in the power department.
