Dealer is investigating it for me now. That's big progress from last week.
FINAL DIAGNOSIS: cool dealer. He did all the legwork (I didn't have the letter and mine was an August 21 build). He has a check for me to sign for when I can get over to the dealership. Simple enough!
@bzogster Can you share your dealer name (and ideally salesperson and managers names as well?)Isn’t this refund going to the dealer and then the dealer reimburses you? At least that is how it worked at my dealer.
