For those with the FPP diff cover

Did you use the gasket that came with the cover, or put on your own with RTV/Permatex or something similar? Once it's done, I want this to be as worry free as possible.

I ordered a lube locker gasket with mine. No reason to apply any sealant. Been on for 14k miles with no issues. Just be sure to torque the bolts to the correct specification.

Good info mine came with the gasket mangled from shipping in a loose box. And stock height we use the first fill hole.

+1 on the Lubelocker gasket. The paper gasket that came with my cover was all twisted when I got it also. Mine has been installed with the Lubelocker gasket for about 7k miles with no issues.

I used the lube locker as well. Would be my suggestion.
