Fixing interior door panel scratches

Does anyone have suggestions on how to get light scratches off of the interior plastic door panels ? It feels like you look at these things and they scratch up. Any ideas or thoughts would be appreciated.

Get ready to get some flame for your post.

There isn’t really easy way of fixing it. I know some people use heat gun/torch to hit the spot lightly to bring back lost form but that’s about it. Unless you respray. Just spray some 303 spray or interior shine to “hide” the scratches.
