First time!

Most of you will find this extra boring but after a previous reply on another post mentioned how many place are close to me I decided to go look and try out the off-road mode. About 15 minutes from home there's some interesting trails/roads and after seeing some other folks go in with their jeeps I followed. It was mostly just hard packed sand and dirt with some washboard sections and puddles here and there. I'm surprised how you can get the tail out while in that mode. Anyway, I guess the sand doesn't stick like mud would; it was barely dirty!? Rookie...

Yeah it is! I haven't had as much fun driving since I had an older M3 out at Watkins Glen's long course way back when. Who knew all I needed was the right pickup and some dirt??

Traction was not an issue, right through deeper sand and such. went right through some deeper mud at some pretty slow speeds. Later, I was trying to get the tail out for fun factor! And I do see why everyone enjoys this stuff.
