My 2019 was one of the first of that year and has a metal oil pan. I think they had just switched.

I've got a Fumoto Valve on my '19 (Metal pan). Have 40,000 on it now and put the valve on it on at my 3rd oil change. Just finished changing the oil today and it works flawlessly. I start draining the pan, get set up, change the filter and by the time I'm done with the filter the pan is drained and ready to go. Some have complained that the valve drains too slow, but its easy to work around.
