Well well well, what’s wrong in this pic?
Sometimes when things are so obvious in your face, they are actually hidden in plain view.

obviously the techs at the dealer forgot to check all connections...

Hoped connecting these two hoses would have solved everything. Well truck died at a light on Thursday and again on Friday. I decided it would worth checking o2 sensors. Ordered 1 not knowing there is one on each side before cats. There are also sensors on the cats themselves that would also be a good idea to replace. Looks like I need to order 3 more sensors.
Also I picked up a camshaft position sensor, but having a difficult time locating it... any help on this one?

Make sure you buy two upstream O2s and two downstream O2s
(but if your not getting error codes you're wasting money)

The camshaft position sensors are in the front towards the inside of the heads.

Thanks, still can’t tell from pic if it’s under valve cover or not. And no codes right now, just a truck that dies at traffic lights periodically. Ran truck with my scanner hooked up to it in driveway and after 6 mins idling truck died, scanner said no drivetrain or emission codes present.
The saga continues...

Pull your intake, check the vac hoses that are on the manifold itself. They are hard to see with that box sitting up there. Check the condition of the intake box while you have it off. Looks like someone half-assed that TB install.

This is the code I got from my scanner before taking it to dealership.
Based on trucks symptoms, research on forum and web, and lack of competence at dealer, at this point I am chasing the problem.

Replaced-
Lead frame and valve body in transmission
Optima red top Battery
MAF sensor
Throttle Body

Could mean nothing, but when truck stalls out it is almost always warmed up and while stopped at a light.

And yes I have checked for loose connections...

What are the other pending error codes?????
You're only showing us one of three.

Like @FordTechOne said there is a continuity issue.
Have you unplugged the three PCM plugs and clean with electrical spray cleaner?
How is the electrical tape that Ford kind of didn't do a great job protecting water intrusion into the back of the plugs?

Cant believe that this issue is still not resolved. I didnt go back and re-read all the old posts, but was the fuel pump fuse replaced? When my truck was slowly melting the factory fuse it did this delayed stalling tactic before complete failure.

Just want to make sure you have done yours and the wires are all soldered and wrapped in heat shrink.

Fuse 27 done.
Truck seems to be idling low before it dies, around 600rpm. Going to take apart intake today to verify fittings are seated and no cracks in hoses or housing.
