As far as your graphics are concerned, I believe the scratches can't be removed.

For the paint, you'll need some type of corrective polishing done with an orbital. I doubt Adam's Revive Hand Polish would get rid of scratches. I think it's more of a finishing product that just kinda scuffs off the top layer and makes the paint just POP. You'd be better off with a machine and some of Adam's Machine Polishing compounds.

To Bad!

To bad your truck is black and 15 minutes after all your hard work it will be showing all the dust and dirt in the air. Looks great!

It looks good! I disagree about the Black looking dirty 15 minutes later. But the bad thing about Black is that it doesn't photograph as well because the hides the curves of a vehicle.

Thats how it works isnt it? I could be the greatest weatherman in existence. All I have to do is wash my truck and, BAM, downpour for 2 days.

In all honesty though, got any tips for a truck thats scratched to hell with graphics (also scratched)?

first looking good second Detail took 9 hours, but clearly the results were worth it. <this include looking for 2 of them hr?

^ try the SVRT on the graphics be generous come back and wipe down with micro fiber towel.

Looks very nice my young Grasshopper!:happy160: You are correct about the scratches on the stickers---just one of many reasons they belong on street queens only and then the paint will not age correctly. Eventually the stickers have to come off and many will be shocked at what they will see esp on the dark colors!

In fact there are people on the board who have discovered this already aand there will be more in the near term.

I didnt want the graphics in the first place. But I didnt order my truck either so it was either take it or leave it. I tried getting the dealer to take them off but they wouldnt do it. Im hoping a nice (damaging) hail storm rolls through and destroys the bed so I can get it re-painted :)
