I was washing my truck today and noticed a gap between my grille and my headlight housing.
It looks like the grill isn't clipped into the housing on one side. Anyone else have any fender/panel gaps? Also, whoever the hell is working for quality assurance over at Ford NEEDS to be fired.

"NEEDS to be fired"... it's unfortunate that piece isn't properly clipped in. Hopefully it can be easily resolved.

With a bit of luck, whomever it is that gets fired will still be able to feed their kids this evening while you finish washing your truck.

I'd be frustrated by that also, but I hope I wouldn't jump to that kind of extreme personally.

Easy fix, dont get worked up about it. Ive removed the grill, and those pieces are hard to get clipped back in.

Mine had the hood on the passenger sitting lower than the fender. It was so obvious, I don't know how it could pass QC. I adjusted the hood bumper up myself and it's fine now. Yesterday, I noticed water spots on the inside of the headlight. I assume those are sealed and no way to clean it.

I understand it's such an insignificant issue but I really did expect more for a $70k truck. But seriously, these types of issues aren't prevalent on entry level german cars so I really don't understand how they could be so for a top of the line performance truck.
