Has anyone tried the proclip on the trailer brake side, for those who don’t tow often of course?

I took a quick look at it, and it might be possible to go on the trailer brake side. Mine is supposed to be here Monday and I'll try and see if it's possible.Has anyone tried the proclip on the trailer brake side, for those who don’t tow often of course?
Mine came in today and I tried to see if it would work in the trailer brake spot. It won't clear the brake actuator it's close, but I think it's too tight. I did install it in the other pocket, and I love it! I don't think it's too far away at all. I have pictures in another post here.Has anyone tried the proclip on the trailer brake side, for those who don’t tow often of course?
They have a sale running, .. I do have T-Rex arms & bad vision too… the perfect combo. I was tempted by the course version, is the locking ring plastic on the ball mount?Course Motorsports has a ball mount that fits between the trim panels on the center stack.
On my Gen 1 Raptor I use a Course Motorsports Motorized Cradle with wireless charging. Liked it so much I bought a couple more for our Broncos.
The ring is plastic. I’ve been using them in our Raptors and Broncos for a few years and they’ve been pretty sturdy. They have a sale running, .. I do have T-Rex arms & bad vision too… the perfect combo. I was tempted by the course version, is the locking ring plastic on the ball mount?
