Fan noise on driver side inside cab

Nah I’m even using heated seats. I didn’t use cooled seats. Also I can confirm it’s not hvac/climate as the noise is still there if I switch off the climate control.

Need to bump this. My 24 driver fan is rubbing for sure. When I press my back into the seat, I can hear it grind and eventually STOP.

I'm guessing this'll be a service issue; I've seen other threads on different forums.

I too have the driver seat fan issue. Definitely for the cooled seats for me. I haven't brought in yet. Super annoying day 1 issue.

I went to the dealer, today, just to talk with an Advisor to see if he knew of the problem and what's being done to fix it.

He knew they'd worked on a few, but wasn't certain of how they fix it, but thought they reach up into the seatback.

I'd do this myself, and the only hesitation I have is just the same as a mechanic doing it; the fear of jacking up a very expensive seat by ripping something or dislodging padding inside.
