Fan Blowing Full Speed Always After Service for Cam Phasers

As the title states, I took my Gen2 in to service for an oil leak at the manifold and the cam phaser rattle. After the service, the radiator fan blows at full speed whenever I put the truck under any exertion, no matter the temperature. Interested if others have any thoughts on this. The dealer can't see the truck for two weeks, and I'm hoping there may be a quick fix on my end.

Check the coolant level in the overflow tank. I think if it's low, the fans will run all the time
