FAIL!!! Sync Gen2 V3.8

Just attempted to upgrade my 2013 Raptor Sync Touch from 3.6.2 straight to 3.10. It worked great except the navigation disappeared. Now in the top right I have a compass, but when I click on it, it just says INFO. Tried downgrading to 3.8 succesfully but still no NAV. Any suggestions? I've looked EVERYWHERE online and can't find anything (everything is for unlocking nav on non-nav fords). I have the newest A8 sd card if that matters.
