Id be more concerned with it looks like there is a gap in the coating where the outside of the oval meets the bed. It would not be good if water gets in there and gets under the coating
Interesting. I'll check on this in the morning.

I've reached out to the dealer in the meantime, so we will see what they say.

its a plastic emblem thats double side taped to the bed before the liner is sprayed in..

not sure what they'd do under warranty, but the liner is easily pulled up and could be redone with LineX or whatever popular spray in is used in your area.

id want it fixed too, but when LineX does their process the emblem is usually removed.. so something to think about, maybe contact LineX and see what they say so you have some ammo before going to the dealer.

I just checked and you are correct, it is not sealed in the top right quadrant. I was keen to live with it, and maybe get them to refund the price of the option or throw in Fordpass points as some have mentioned, but with it not being sealed I think it changes things a bit.

Oh man, sorry to hear. That sucks. Hopefully the dealership/ Ford will take care of it with no issues

I promise, it is no big deal or cost for them to pull the emblem off and shoot some Line-X over that side of the bed. It’s a quick and easy way to make a customer happy.

Thanks for the feedback. I am still waiting to hear back from the dealer, but so long as they can do that and I don't see the "patching" I would be happy with that solution.
