Factory Fog Light Function (23') 1 of 2 in set working...

All, my apologies if this has been covered somewhere but I haven't had great luck searching this! I'm trying to figure out why only the outside set of the dual factory set is working. I've dug through the configs and the manuals and can't find anything regarding this.

Before I tear the housing open (which I didn't plan to do till I swap out the factory housing) I was hoping I missed something somewhere and it might be common knowledge in the community. I assumed they were working behind the housing at the dealer...my bad!

It's my guess that I'm missing something somewhere and its not a loose wire since it's on both sides!

Any thoughts?
