That article you linked does not apply to buying a new vehicle. You went to them to purchase, on their property. You do NOT have 3 days to return it. Its used the moment you bought it.

A question that comes to mind is why a brand new truck that's hard to get had 60 miles on the ODO? Did you ask them that before you purchased?

Maybe the dealer picked it up at the rail and drove it back to the dealer. Mine asked me if they could, but some dealers may not ask. They can close the sale faster for end of month quotas if the rail is backed up, and the highest chance of damage is the trip from the rail to the dealer on those transport trucks...loading and unloading them.
