I lived in Puerto Rico for 7 months during a consulting gig a few years ago...
Needless to say, people take their rum pretty seriously down there.

I'm fluent in Spanish so I was able to mesh with the locals quickly, made some friends and got to see things most other white "turistas" down there would never get the opportunity to.

As you can imagine, I drank quite a bit of rum in the process. One that I distinctly remember loving was called Ron de Barrolito

Picked up a bottle of Ron Centenario Fundacion XX Años on way out of Costa Rica last month. Highly Recommended.

Haha!! No shit. Just ask the guys at FRF a question about a fuse problem you're having, and the response: drown yourself with booze!! ....that'll fix everything!
